When chaos erupts in life, it introduces unpredictability and difficult challenges. During this time, especially, we feel to be on a never ending quest to balance responsibilities among business needs, parent life and staying healthy and well. Next, is to PRIORITIZE. It’s a given that if your life is overflowing you will never be able to achieve balance and manage it all. It is okay to say no to everything that is either not essential or doesn’t add something valuable to your life.
